RSI-Shield

RSI-Shield is the only program that not only provides breaks, but also really fights RSI actively. RSI-Shield can operate the computer for you. You can, amongst other things, record frequently made operations, so you can play them back later on (fastened or repeatedly). By using RSI-Shield you don't have to use the keyboard and mouse as often. You can create simple macros (e.g. by simply recording them with the macro recorder), but you can also create very powerful macros (by using the very extensive programming language).
